Editorial policy

How we keep published information useful and honest.

These standards apply to Waka Consulting guides, service information, solution pages, and case studies. Last reviewed: 10 August 2026.

01

Ownership and review

Waka Consulting is responsible for content published on this site. Until a verified person is named for a specific article, the organization remains the visible author and reviewer rather than using an invented biography or credential.

02

Useful evidence

We prefer primary sources for factual claims when they are available. Experience-led guidance is presented as Waka's approach. A source is added only when it supports the nearby statement, not simply to make a page look authoritative.

03

Case-study limits

We distinguish live work, client-approved results, repository evidence, and portfolio concepts. Private data stays private, and we do not create extra performance figures or imply that one change caused a result without supporting evidence.

04

Dates and updates

A published or updated date should reflect a verified publication or meaningful review. We do not replace dates with build time, file time, or a routine site deployment. Time-sensitive guidance receives a closer review than stable material.

05

Corrections

If a material statement is inaccurate, unsupported, or outdated, we review the source, correct the page, and add a short change note when that context would help the reader understand the revision.

06

AI assistance

AI tools may assist with research organization, drafting, editing, or quality checks. Waka Consulting remains responsible for what is published and reviews the final content for accuracy, relevance, evidence, and confidentiality.
